Marriages have moved to the next level with tech-savvy couples opting for quicker and innovative ways available through wedding Web sites to reach out to their friends and family. Imagine uploading everything from your engagement to honeymoon photos with small anecdotes at one go. And all your loved ones viewing them and leaving their comments in a matter of minutes.
The Wall Street Journal repored:
Wedding Web sites – also known as “Wed sites” – were originally conceived as a convenient way for couples to notify guests of wedding events, provide directions and link to gift registries. Now they are turning into elaborate hubs of matrimonial exhibitionism, with confessional stories, courtship videos, and blow-by-blow accounts of the preparations.
